Russian films in Venice

We are delighted that three Russian films will be premiered at this year’s Venice International Film Festival. Alexey Balabanov's new film, I Also Want It, is about the search for happiness and is perhaps the most tender and intimate film by this great director. Kirill Serebryannikov’s Betrayal started off as a dystopia, but came out as a city drama about love. Both films are in the main competition of the festival. The third film is a documentary by renowned film critic, Lubov Arkus – Anton is Right Here is a film about dedicating your life to others, about Lubov's friendship with an autistic child, and was filmed over 4 years.
