Director Vladimir Kozlov Screenplay Vladimir Kozlov synopsis A documentary about the legendary Yuri Morozov, a musician and sound engineer, who created a subversive, rebellious new style of Eastern rock during the Brezhnev era. Opening with a shot of the rocker Morozov putting the film into a VSR, and ending with the tape being taken out, the film covers thirty years of Russian history through the eyes and more importantly, the ears of Yuri Morozov. The film features previously unseen KG footage, as well as home-made videos of underground rock concerts. It was made under the creative patronage of Otar Iosseliani, the great classic of Soviet-Georgian cinema. creators Vladimir Kozlov Born in 1956, Minsk. Vladimir studied history at the Belarus State University. He then completed a course for assistant and second unit directors at VGIK (Moscow).
